What are your hours?

We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday – Friday, 11 am to 6 pm cst & Saturday 11 am to 2 pm cst. We respond very quickly via email at surebliss@yahoo.com

Do you provide travel quotes for private trips?

Yes. We charge a $25 planning fee, and will provide custom quotes. To get customized quotes, click here.

 

Is Sure Bliss Travel's trips just for women?

No. Sure Bliss Travel's trips are co-ed unless specifically stated otherwise.

What payments do you accept?

We accept credit card authorization forms using a major debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Do I have to make a payment every month?

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a monthly payment, please make sure final balance is paid in full by due date. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds nor do we transfer money. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

What happens if I make my payments, but my roommate(s) fail to pay?

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

What happens after I make my reservation?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation, travel package details, client support, and reminders of payment balance until balance is paid in full.

What happens if my roommate drops out and cancels their reservation?

If your roommate cancels their reservations, your account will be adjusted to the package price according to the new occupancy in your room.

When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?

Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email or mail.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, no refunds. We will exchange size or style within 7 days of your delivery.

You must notify us by email prior to shipping your purchase back and let us know what you want to exchange it for. All subsequent shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale items are only eligible for exchange If it is a size issue only. Sale items include any orders purchased at a discount including items bought with discount or promo codes

CONDITIONS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons

SHIPPING POLICY

Most order are shipped via USPS  within 3 business days of your order.  Please allow 3-10 business days

for delivery.  We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot

guarantee delivery time.  To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan

accordingly.  During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely

delivery.
